This is a Nagoya obi, which means that about half of the piece is folded in half, instead of being one flat piece, like fukuro (bag) obi.
This pattern features somewhat abstract hexagons. The red ones appear to be made with a brush and contain various flowers (chrysanthemum, cherry blossoms) and the gold ones appear to be designed after concrete with decorative rocks in it.
